Hospitality

Introduction

The Hospitality and Tourism program teaches students important skills for both at home cooking and cooking within a work environment. Students that enjoy being creative and working hands on are given a great opportunity to develop their talents. We encourage students to be involved within our Catholic school community, try new things and participate in team efforts. Each year of the program students will build upon their culinary skills. This course is a combination of developing skills within the kitchen and understanding the world in which we live. Students who come with an open mind and positive attitude will take away so many new perspectives and abilities that will enhance their personal goals and academic life. Come and join us for the fun!
