THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT ABOUT BUSING FOR FRIDAY THE 13TH

Port Dover buses will not be performing pick up or drop off services on Friday Oct 13, 2023, meaning no transfer buses will be operating either.

The following buses are cancelled on Friday, October 13th.

Students requiring transportation that day will be able to ride from:

Stop area #1 - DeKoning (Meats) Restaurant Hwy #6 near St John’s Road for P/U departure by bus # 1894 at 8:25 am and D/O at 3:20 pm or

Stop area #2 - St John’s Anglican Church the corner of St John’s Road and Hwy 24 for P/U departure by Bus # 1134 at 8:25 am and D/O at 3:30 pm.

It is the students responsibility to be at the stop area on time. The bus will not wait.

This list of buses is posted in the main office if you need to double check. 

The homeroom winners of the most food drive donations for our recent "Students helping Students Thanksgiving campaign" are: Ms Revai, Mr. Ivak and Mrs. Gillis-Ziturek

Second place goes to Mrs. Bell's homeroom.

Honorable mention goes to Mrs. Haak's homeroom class, with a close 3rd place! 

 

Any homecraft items returned from the fair that were not picked up yesterday, are now located in Ms. D'Hulster's room - room 155.  Students can pick up their homecrafts throughout the day.  Thank you!

Please note, students with winning produce tags can pick them up during this time as well. 

Also, students with winning tags and prize money can collect their winnings in Ms. D'Hulster's room beginning next week throughout the day.

Thanks, Titans, for your homecraft submission this year!  We are on to planning for next year's fair with our Homecraft club running on Wednesdays in room 211.  All are welcome!

 

Attention Cross country runners.  Any student interested in participating in next week's AABHN cross country meet in Brantford or CWOSSA on October 26th must attend a mandatory meeting immediately following announcements in the upper cafe today.  Please be sure to attend. 

Lakehead University has been added to the Liaison visit binder, they will be here on Oct 23rd, if interested, please sign up in guidance.

Games club will be in room 263 over lunch today, not the usual room 231. 

Music ministry practice is in room 147 (the music room) today over lunch

The rosary will be prayed in the Chapel over the 2nd half of lunch today beginning at 11:55

Students interested in attending the When Faith Meets Pedagogy Youth Forum in Toronto on Thursday October 26th need to bring their forms in this week. Signed forms can be brough to Chap Ian's office room 205.

The Junior Boys Volleyball team had a strong showing at their tournament yesterday. The team won six out of eight sets, with excellent serving from Jaden Bautista and great hits from Koen Berkel and Jack Palermo. Nice job Titans and keep up the good work."
