Any Grade 12 who is considering returning to HT for a fifth year must attend a presentation during period 2 in Room. 155.  Students will be called down at the beginning of period 2 and will need to get a fifth year application at the meeting.

Any grads who would like to get grad photo retakes done are asked to please see Michele in Guidance.

Do you have a spare period one? Would you like to earn some community hours? See Mrs. Cameron in room 142. She's looking for students willing to help her make hats for our diabetes charity fundraiser.

Attention all book lovers and aspiring writers, the HT library is hosting an author series and our first author visit is this month!  On Thursday, February 26th author Lea Taranto will visit us.  We will meet in the library and connect with Ms. Taranto virtually to learn about her experiences as a writer, a disabled Jewish Chinese Candain, and a person living with OCD.  We will start at 1:30PM, which will require students to be excused from the end of period 3 and the entirety of period 4.  See Ms. McColeman in the library to register and get a permission form. Space is limited.

Attention writers! The Laurier Steadman Prize deadline is March 24th. Come to the library every Friday to work with other writers and teacher mentors to fine tune your prize-winning story! Remember first prize wins $3,500!  We will also be discussing the next edition of the Bolt for those who want to contribute to the school newspaper. We meet every Friday at lunch. If you are unable to attend but wish to participate, come find Ms. Noonan in Room 211 at the start of lunch.
