Welcome back, Titans! We hope you all had a restful and relaxing March Break.
Attention badminton team players! Practices will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week and next. Seniors 3-4pm and juniors 4-5pm. Please communicate with either coach if you are unable to attend.
Titans, this week the library will be hosting our second author series event! This Thursday, during period 3, author E.K. Johnston will be visiting us for an in-person discussion. She is best known for her sci-fi, young adult novels. The library has many copies of 'Titan of the Stars,' her latest sci-fi horror achievement. If you'd like to attend, see Ms. McColeman in the library for a permission form.
Knitting Club meets weekly at lunch in Room 142. We’re currently creating awareness squares and blankets for the hospital — everyone is welcome, no experience needed! Permission forms are due to Mrs. Cameron.
Art Club will be meeting once a week on Thursdays in the Art Room. Be sure to check the D2L page for details on our current project. Permission forms are also due to Mrs. Cameron for Lynnwood workshop taking place on April 11.
Attention all grade 12 SHSM students a reminder that your mandatory SHSM First Aid and CPR training will take place on April 23rd and 24th please check your email for details and let your teachers and coop placements know as soon as possible.
Coffee House Submissions are NOW OPEN! We’re inviting all dancers, performers, spoken word poets, artists, and singers to be part of a special evening celebrating YOU, Titans! Please check the QR codes posted around the school and at the front display to sign up. Everyone is welcome — students, staff, and teachers!
Attention SHSM students in health and wellness and Grade 11s interested in Health Sciences- the University of Western’s Discovery Days in Health Science is on Friday, May 8th. Please e-mail Mrs. Bouw if you would like to attend or would like more information.
