If you are interested in participating on the HT Track and Field Team come down to the phys ed office and sign up for your events and grab a permission form. The qualifying meet for AABHN will take place on May 1st at Kiwanis Field at Pauline Johnson. Practices will be Monday to Friday next week from 3-4:30pm. Athletes need to participate in a majority of practices to be members of this year's track team since seeding times/distances need to be submitted for qualifying Start Lists. Any questions come down to the phys ed office and speak with Mr. Backus.
Have you ever wanted to make an impact in the world? Have you ever wanted an opportunity to share the gifts God has given you to positively impact someone but just didn't know how? Our board is putting together a Mission Trip for students in all 3 high schools to go and serve in a Guatemalan community. Please pray about this great chance to do something amazing over the next several days as we plan for an early 2027 Mission Trip to Guatemala. Please see Chap Ian for more information.
Attention English students! Any grade 11 or grade12 English students from last semester are welcome to pick up permission forms for the Chiefswood Park trip on Wednesday, April 22nd. Forms can be picked up in Mrs. Stenhouse's or Mrs. Mayne's classroom today. There is no cost for the trip, so only forms are due and you don't want to miss out! The Norfolk Federation of Agriculture is awarding a $1000 scholarship in 2026. The scholarship is awarded to high school students who live in Norfolk County and are enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program geared towards agriculture. The deadline is fast approaching - please visit the scholarship board in guidance and speak to Ms. Berta if interested.
The Brant County Singers awards an annual scholarship to a graduating secondary school student planning to pursue music education at the post-secondary level. Please come to guidance to pick up the application and speak with Ms. Berta for more details. The application can also be completed and submitted online. Deadline is May 22/26.
Attention Grade 11 and 12 students who have been actively involved in school life here at Holy Trinity. Applications for the School Letter for grade 12 students, and the Titan Award for grade 11 students can be found on trinitycatholic.ca under the "Student Life" tab. These prestigious awards are given to recognize the contributions of well rounded students to community here at Holy Trinity. Students will need to have coaches and club advisors sign for their involvement in these clubs and teams, therefore it is important not to wait until the last minute. Application forms are due to guidance by 3:00 pm on May 8th. Late forms will not be accepted. If you have any questions please see your guidance counsellor.
