Prom tickets are being sold on School Cash online ONLY, from Monday April 27th until Sunday May 3rd (midnight) for $75. Tickets are for current Grade 12 students ONLY. There will be a Prom Contract attached to the purchasing of tickets. Please read over the contract and very important details when purchasing.
Do you need community service hours?? This Sunday, the Turkey Point Mountain Bike Club is holding their annual Spring Kicker event at Long Point Eco Adventures and volunteers are needed! Come down to the Phys-Ed office and speak with Mr. Backus if you are interested.
Have you taken or are currently taking grade 11 chemistry and are interested in completing the University of Waterloo Chemistry Contest - the Avogadro Exam? The exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions completed over a 75-minute exam period. Participants will be eligible for a Certificate of Distinction and/or Participation. Top performing students will receive recognition from the University of Waterloo. Please see Ms.Vandepoele in Room 243 by Wednesday, April 29th if interested.
The Delhi & District Chamber of Commerce is proud to support students pursuing careers in the skilled trades. This $1,000 Trade Scholarship supports students entering post-secondary education to study a skilled trade and who intend to live and work in the Norfolk County area. Please come to guidance and speak to Ms. Berta if interested or see the QR code on the scholarship board in guidance for more info.
Attention students! There is a tutoring position available this summer for English. Do you live in or near Turkey Point? A gr 10 student is seeking help with an English course this summer. Please see Ms. Berta in guidance if you are able to assist with this.
Attention gr 12's! Are you entering a first year, undergraduate study in a Canadian university or college in a conservation or agriculture related course of study such as environmental sciences, biology, ecology, or environmental engineering? The Michael O’Dwyer Stewardship Scholarship is now accepting applications for this $1000 award. Please see Ms. Berta in Guidance if interested. Deadline is the second Friday in May.
