TODAY is Students Against Impaired Driving (SAID) day. OPP Officer Andrew Gamble will be visiting Period 3 classes to promote this day. While visiting classes, Andrew would like to collect signatures from drivers who are committed to driving free from alcohol and drugs. Depending on the number of signatures collected, the school may be eligible to receive a prize.

The Grad Retreat scheduled for today on the school calendars is an error. The Grad retreats have been done in the Grade 12 religion classes this year so there is NO GRAD RETREAT today.
The Titans Tattoo Art Contest is due in two weeks on Friday, May 29 by 3:00 PM to Mrs. Cameron. We currently have four submissions, and the designs are awesome! The winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card, and their tattoo art design will be considered for school spirit wear.

The Ogwehoweh Skills and Trades Training Centre is hosting two 'Try a Trade' days in the areas of Fabrication and Welding again this year. These days will consist of two hands-on workshops, a tour, short program presentation, OYAP information and lunch. If you are interested in attending this welding and fabricating event in June please see Mr. Chernak.
The Lefler Scholarship is accepting applications. This $1000 award is offered to a graduating student who has been accepted into a 4-year science program with the goal of becoming a medical doctor with an interest in Oncology or Cardiology. Please speak to Ms. Berta in guidance for more info. The deadline to apply is May 29th.
Volunteer opportunity — The Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise. Is looking for volunteers for the Dragonboat festival in Waterford on the ponds. This year's date is Sunday, June 21 (Father’s Day) from 8:30am to 4:30pm and you can volunteer for any or all part of the day. Volunteers are asked to work on the floating docks to assist people in and out of the dragon boats as needed. For more information please come to guidance and check out the volunteer board.
The Port Dover Harbour Museum is seeking responsible and enthusiastic student volunteers to assist with summer camps. Volunteers will help facilitate activities, assist staff with daily operations, and develop valuable skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
