Morning Announcements

Tuesday, February 8th, 2022

All senior girls volleyball players should go to the gym after morning announcements.

Attention Cross Country runners who ordered a sweatshirt. Sweatshirts are now in. Please see Ms. Deconinck-O'Neail in guidance on your lunch to pick up your sweatshirt.

Semester 2 photo day is Wednesday, February 8th for any new students to Holy Trinity.

Monday, February 7th, 2022

Welcome to the start of semester 2. For today only, students should be in their quadmester 2, 1st period class to get their timetable. Once announcements are done, students will be moving to their 1st period class for semester 2.

There is only 5 minutes between each of the classes so this time is not a break. It is considered travel time to get from one class to another. Late forms will be used if you don’t get to your next class on time.

Remember to leave non-uniform clothing in your lockers. Teachers are expecting students to arrive at their class in uniform. Make sure that you make a good impression on the first day of semester 2.

Students are not permitted to be in the halls during either lunch as there are other classes going on. Please stay in the cafeteria area until the warning bell rings. This is your indication that you can go to your locker to prepare for your next class.

Just a few Covid reminders:

The online screening tool should be done daily before coming to school to ensure that you are healthy and meet the conditions required to attend school. A link to the screening tool is on the top menu of our school website.

Masks must be worn and worn properly at all times in the building.

Remember to physically distance and respect other people’s space.

Wash your hands regularly or use hand sanitizer.

Please follow spacing and seating expectations in the cafeteria and be conscious of how you interact with others while you are eating your lunch without your masks.

I hope that everyone has a good start to semester 2.

Attention all members of the football team. Please see Mr. Martinow immediately following these announcements in the small gym for a very important but brief meeting regarding your orders from Jostens.

"Congratulations to the junior girls volleyball players who put forth awesome team effort throughout the match to win against the Delhi Raiders yesterday. Awesome serves were executed by our top servers Alexis Revai and Rachael Rogers. Awesome setting to set up team plays by Molly Bouw, excellent kills by Katie Earle, and super digs by our libero Chloe Bertrand were key to the win! Good luck to the girls in their away games against Cayuga tomorrow."

Our Junior Boys’ Basketball team continued their winning ways last night with a 59-42 win over the Delhi Raiders. The Titans were led to victory by Korey Shawana-Sherry, Landen Griffin, and Lennon Cook. The team now has a record of 4 wins and 0 losses in league play. The team is reminded of their practice after school today at 3:00 p.m.

The senior girls defeated Delhi 3-0 thanks in part to some big hits by Jessica Benz and a run of serving by Grace Giles.  Great start to the season!
