The Junior Boys Volleyball team ended their season with a tournament on Monday. Congratulations to the team for an excellent season of dedication and growth. The team showed impressive hustle and teamwork on the court. Thanks boys for all of your hard work. Big thanks also goes out to Rachel Rogers and Kurtis Vandekuyt for their help this season.
Congrats to our Varsity Football team for their win in the semi finals playoff game against Delhi on Friday with a score of 28-15.
The team executed very well in the second half of the game to get the win against a very solid Delhi team.
Shout outs go to Nolan Heeg who made a highlight reel catch in the end zone . Chase Bacher who controlled the play from the QB position. Logan Mark for his bulldozing run offense. As well, as the whole defense who stepped up and controlled Delhi's effective offense.
Well done boys!!
Best of luck in the AABHN Football Championships this Saturday at our very own field against our cross town rivals SCS. Please come out and support our Titans as they host the first ever football championship at Holy Trinity!

Anyone interested in gaining community service hours there is a great opportunity this Saturday at HT. If you would like to help out at the Football Championship please come down to the phys ed office and talk to Mr. Backus. Lots of help is needed!

Attention grads, the link to book your grad photo session will be emailed to your school email account starting today for anyone who has paid the grad fees.
Attention students who are attending the zoo trip next Monday.
If you have received permission forms from either Mrs. Bouw or Mr. O’Neil please bring them to us before the end of the day today. Final numbers are required.
If you plan on attending , but forgot your permission forms and money at home- you must see Mrs. Bouw is room 246 today by 2:30pm.

The health care hoodie orders are in! Please see Mrs. Bouw today in room 203 after announcements to collect your hoodie order or after period 1 in room 203.
Last night the Senior Boys Volleyball team played in their quarter final game. The boys took on a tough first place Hagersville. After a hard fought three sets, the boys unfortunately lost. Mrs Van Dyk and Mrs Mayne would like to thank the boys for a good season. Although it’s not the result we wanted, the boys showed so much improvement over the course of the season and should take pride in that. As this season ends, we unfortunately say goodbye to our seniors that are graduating:

Congratulations to our Titan Cross Country Runners who participated in CWOSSA at the Greens of Renton yesterday. All runners had excellent races.
Raimey Liston competed in Novice Boys
Haiden Robb finished 6th out of 137 runners in the Novice girls category qualifying her for OFSSA next weekend in Etobicoke,
Meghan O'Neail finished 33rd our of 136 participants in the Jr. girls
and
Finally Callum Gee had an excellent race in a blistering fast senior boys division finishing in the top half.
Congratulations to all runners and good luck at OFSSA next week Haiden!!!

Today is the last day to sign up for Titans Scare Hunger this Halloween - see Mrs. D'Hulster and Chap Ian will be available in room 155 at the start of lunch to sign up. This is a great opportunity to get a lot of volunteer hours! So grab a friend and come map your trick or treating route this Halloween

Attention HT students- if you are interested in joining the Health Care/ Social Relations Club- then please sign up outside the health care classroom (room 246).
This club is open to all students who have an interest in health care and service related jobs that require effective communication skills. Meetings will be held twice a month starting in November.
The club will be run by 2 senior students as well as Mrs. Bouw.
The sign up sheet will be up until this Friday.

The Junior Boys Volleyball Team put up a strong fight against SCS last night. Although the boys had a tough loss, they played well with excellent court coverage and improved communication. The team looks forward to their playoff game on Thursday. Way to go Titans!
The junior and senior girls basketball teams both won their final regular season game of the year against SCS.
The junior girls defeated SCS 46-21, ended the regular season undefeated. High scorers were Sophie Dedobblar with 16 points, Jil Michael with 10, and Kelsey Giles with 6. Great defence by Kyra Vos and the Krawchuk twins.
The senior girls beat SCS 58-18. Teagan Vanrooy led the team in points with 16, while Sweed Babin and Victoria Ostia-Estevez chipped in 6 each. Special shout-out to Alexis Revai for a career high game.
The girls will be playing their semi-final games at HT next Thursday.

This is a reminder for all students attending the Stratford Trip on tomorrow. You MUST be in uniform with any shoes you wish to wear, think comfortable for walking. Meet Ms Rusz at the front entrance of the school as soon as you get to school. We will be boarding the bus to leave at 9am sharp! Don't forget to arrange pickup for 7pm.

Last week, the Jr. boys volleyball team had a tough loss against Valley Heights, but with tremendous leadership from team captain, Jack Palermo, and some incredible offense from Parker Smith and Isaac Gascoigne, our Jr. boys did a complete turnaround Thursday against Delhi winning 3 sets to 1. This week is looking good for our Jr. boys as they have their last game of the regular season against SCS tomorrow and look towards their quarter final game Thursday. Good luck this week!

Yesterday, the Senior Boys’ Volleyball team played a great game against a tough Delhi team. They battled hard, but unfortunately fell short - only losing by a couple points. The coaches would like to give a shout out to some excellent setting from Aadi Kakoty and strong hitting from Ricki Tsai and Randy Griffin. There were also some big blocks from Colby Holliday and some awesome passes from Andre Feere and Noah Gascoigne. Well done boys!
The team heads into a tournament at SCS on Monday and are asked to coordinate rides with Mrs. Mayne and Mrs. Van Dyk.
Attention all swimmers: our first practice is tonight at 3:30 at the Annaleise Carr Aquatic Centre.
Swimmers must have submitted their money and forms to Ms Freund or Ms. Deconinck- O'Neail in guidance in order to swim.
If you do not have your money/forms today but still wish to swim please see one of your coaches in guidance.

The senior and junior girls basketball team both defeated Delhi last night at home.
Awesome defence by seniors Maeve Suprun and Teagan Van Rooy. Parker Lennox had a career high of 7 points.
In the junior game all girls contributed to the win, with Sofia Miguel scoring a game high of 10.

Are you feeling too old to go out for Halloween, or maybe you love trick or treating, but you don't like candy? Well TITANS SCARE HUNGER is for you then! Every Halloween, our school community picks various neighbourhoods on Halloween, but instead of trick or treating, we ask for nonperishable food items to donate to the local St. Vincent de Paul. If you are interested in this, we'll have a brief meeting in Mrs. D'Hulster's room (room 155) at the start of Lunch Friday. Gather up your trick or treating friends and come sign up for a route.
Sr. Boys Volleyball played a great game against Valley yesterday but fell short in the 5th set. Great playing boys!
The senior girl’s basketball team beat Valley Heights last night in Langton with a score of 45-12. High scorers were Teagan Vanrooy and Sweed Babin with 8 points each, Charli Babin and Maeve Suprun with 6 each, and Victoria Ostia-Estevez with 5.
The senior and junior girls play against Delhi at home on Thursday.
There are still a few homecraft items left in room 155. Please see Mrs. DHulster by this Friday to pick up your homecraft and prize money! Any items not picked up by Friday will be disposed of. Thank you!
Our HT Agriculture Club would like to get back up and running! We are looking for new members to join. We will meet monthly at lunch in room 155. Our first meeting of the year will be this Thursday October 19 at lunch! Bring your lunch and ideas, see you then!
