Attention SHSM students attending the cadaver lab on April 24th. Please bring your forms in to Mrs. Bouw by April 16th. If you are interested in attending but have not picked up your forms- please Mrs. Bouw in room 246 today at lunch!

Tryouts start today after school 3 to 430 dress for the weather wear your cleats. Next tryout will be Monday and Tuesday after school.

This is notice of two awards for students who will be enrolled in a Canadian College or University Undergraduate Music Program or a Bachelor of Education (music) program in the 2025/2026 academic year.
There are two possible awards, with the first being $1400, and the second being $1000.
Students interested in either of these scholarships are to submit a letter of interest.
Please see the scholarship board in guidance or speak with Ms. Berta if interested.

What a fantastic day for Titans badminton players at the tournament yesterday! All teams had great communication and really showed off their skills! A huge shoutout to the mixed doubles team, Chienny Tomas and Justine Balbuena, and boy singles Ben Simmons for advancing to CWOSSA! Your hard work paid off! Great work, Titans!

The evening will feature two presentations, the first at6:30 PM and the second at 7:30 PM, each followed by a guided tour.
All students who are attending the French trip to see Missy D in concert are expected to return their permission forms by tomorrow. If you need a permission form please go see Madame Vezsenyi in room 148 to obtain one. It is on April 14th and the bus will leave at noon.
Any students who are writing the French DELF exam next week need to come see Madame Vezsenyi to sign their form certifying their information is correct. There will be a practice today after school for DELF. If you would like to practice at lunch please go to room 148 on your lunch. A reminder that the exam is on Tuesday April 8th . Thanks.
"On Wednesday April 16th, Holy Trinity will be hosting an event exploring “Indigenous Realities: Hope and Resilience in Community,” an initiative presented by REEL CANADA to mark National Canadian Film Day. This full day event will include:
· - a group viewing of The Grizzlies, an inspiring film based on a true story about an Indigenous lacrosse team in northern Canada,
· - an interactive livestream with The Grizzlies star Anna Lambe and film producers, and
- afternoon workshops focused on Indigenous realities and strength
The event will take place in the Holy Trinity Library. Interested students can receive a permission form from the library or office. Please see Miss Robinson with any questions."

A reminder to all GRADE 12 SHSM students your First Aid and CPR training will take place this Thursday and Friday, next door at Evergreen Heights church. This training is for grade 12 SHSM students only if you are a grade 11 SHSM student your training will be next year. Attendance is mandatory for both full days in order to receive your certification to complete your SHSM. Please check your school email for further details. If you are unsure if you are on the list or have any questions please see Ms. Deconinck-O'Neail in guidance.

Attention boys interested in trying out for the HT lacrosse team. A sign up sheet has been put outside of the phys ed office. You have until the end of the day Monday to sign up. First tryout will be next Tuesday April 1 after school. Bring your own gear.
It’s soccer season! Any girls interested in playing on the varsity soccer team must sign up outside the physed office. All permission and health forms must be submitted before you will be allowed to participate in try-outs.
Tryouts will be held on Thursday, April 3, Monday, April 7, Tuesday, April 8 and Thursday, April 10afterschool until 4:30 pm.

Attention students searching for community service hour opportunities. The Special Olympics will be holding their provincial summer games in Brantford this summer from July 10- 13th and are looking for volunteers. There are many different volunteer positions to apply for from one day to the whole event. If you are interested in this opportunity, please see the flyer and the application link in guidance on the volunteer board.
Attention all Grade 12 SHSM Students,
The Mandatory First Aid and CPR training to complete your SHSM is scheduled for Thursday, April 3rd and Friday, April 4th.
The certification will take place: April 3rd and 4th next door at Evergreen Heights church gymnasium. They have graciously allowed us to use their space. The training will run each day from 8:40-2:55.
Students are asked to dress comfortably (spirit wear and no skirts) as you will be moving around and bring along a pen/pencil water bottle and a personal email address for your certification through the Canadian Red Cross. Remember, this training is mandatory for your SHSM. Please speak to your teachers/ co-op placement to ensure they are aware that you will be absent. You are required to get caught up on missed work but NOT on co-op hours. Please let your teachers/coop employers know ASAP that you will be missing those two days.
